Where the written policies were found

Many inns keep their policy in a chatbot FAQ rather than on a normal page. We read both.

Official FAQ (talkappi_faq)16
Official site (static_html)11

Method

Official websites only: static pages plus the talkappi / tripla FAQ widgets many inns use. No phone calls in this batch.

FAQ pages, facility pages and the chatbot answers most inns hide their policy in. The original Japanese is kept, word for word. Every status carries its source, the date, and an expiry. Policies change; when a check has expired, the listing says so.
